What should I do if I have not received my package?
Don't worry, our smaller packages will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Otherwise your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.
You will be alerted by your local post office to collect your item as soon as possible.
If however the item never arrived at its destination, contact customer support to clarify the situation, there will always be a solution!
