Shipping times depend on your location.
Most of our products are sent instantly by our suppliers as soon as you confirm your payment. Therefore, transit time can take more days than expected (in some cases). Rest assured that we will coordinate closely with the carrier and supplier to obtain precise updates of the follow -up numbers within a period of 1 to 3 working days.

Shipping policy

Important: we are not responsible if a package is not available due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when validating your order. If you realize that you have made a mistake, just send us an email to: info@halolight.fr as soon as possible.

Halolightis not responsible for the tax of the destination country and/or the customs costs which can be incurred. Customers will be held responsible for all restrictions, rights, taxes and other costs collected in the destination country.

*Customer's responsibility policy in terms of shipping address : We understand that "typing faults" can occur from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). In the event that a customer enters erroneous shipping information and that a package has returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs for the item/order to be re -expressed at the address 'New/correct shipping.Halolight cannot be held responsible for the erroneous shipping information entered when ordering the customer. If the order arrives in your country and ...

The customer refuses to accept the package.

No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Halolight reserves the right to abandon the package (s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Once you have placed your order, you receive a confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation.

Follow -up of my order?

When it comes to an international shipping, follow -up numbers are not available before 3 to 5 working days after processing your order. To display your tracking number, simply click on the link of your order in the shipping confirmation email you have received. If it does not appear, send an email to the assistance service and we will send you your number.

Why is my order blocked in transit?

Orders may be delayed when entering the country. Due to inspections and customs formalities, packages can remain blocked up to a week without updating the follow -up. It's quite rare, but it can happen. If your order is blocked and has not moved for several days, there is unfortunately nothing that we can do to leave it, if not just wait.

Where's my package ?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery times, send an email to info@halolight.fr With your order number and request a tracking number. We will answer you with the tracking number as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).

Then, simply click on your tracking number in the email to find out exactly where your transit order is. Remember that tracking information is not available before 1 to 3 working days after processing your order.
