What are the delivery times?
Lead times vary depending on the model, stock availability, and customization.
We confirm the exact timeline when you place your order for complete transparency.
How is the equipment delivered?
Every PhotoBooth is shipped in a secure flight case designed to fully protect the equipment during transport.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver across Europe within 2 to 5 business days, and internationally under DAP or CIF terms depending on your project, stock availability, and our warehouses near Prague in the Czech Republic.
What should I do if there is a delivery issue?
If something is wrong, our team will assist you directly. Simply contact us with photos so we can process your request quickly.
A carrier claim may also be required.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes, or someone you trust must be present to receive the equipment.
