Returns & exchanges:
At Halolight, we do our best so that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you meet no surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order cancellation policy:
We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders that have placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, send us an email at info@halolight.fr within 12 hours.
A large majority of items in stock are processed and / or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and / or shipped .
Return policy :
return policy is 7 days from the moment you receive your products. Just contact us by email to receive the return information.
A damaged packaging is not a reason for reimbursement or replacement.
Exchanges / reimbursements / replacements
If you are in the return period of 7 days we offer you 3 options:
1. Refund details and vouchers
By default, the refund method is the voucher. If you wish to receive a refund, please let us know.
Only the final price paid (after a possible reduction) will be reimbursed.
Reduction codes or vouchers cannot be re-emitted and are not refundable.
2. Replacement of an erroneous or defective article
We are really sorry! Please send us an email to info@halolight.fr with the following details:
- Your order number
- The description of the problem (for example, erroneous/ defective article)
- A photo or a video
(damaged packaging is not considered defective)
How can I get a refund for my product?
If you wish, we can send you a new product or replace it with another article of the same value.
There are certain situations where only partial reimbursements are granted (if applicable). Due to the inspection, warehouse and treatment costs, some items may cause 15% in stock costs for returned and reimbursed orders. Orders that are exchanged or items returned / exchanged due to the manufacturer's defect will not lead to these costs of resetting. The costs will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded. It is the buyer who must pay the return costs.
How long does it take to obtain a refund?
Generally, reimbursements can take up to two weeks to be treated. All reimbursements must be checked for authenticity and must be subject to our accounting service for treatment.

Delivery:
The Customer is responsible for the payment of their own shipping costs for the return of an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you have paid for the product (minus the costs of stocking up).
If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your item exchanged can take 1 to 2 weeks to reach you.

If you send items worth more than € 50, we strongly suggest that you send us the product with a tracking number
