SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery is free for all orders of €400 or more to mainland Europe.
The items will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER during the order process. Delivery time
Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 10 working days for orders concerning mainland France.
The time taken to prepare an order and issue the invoice, before the items in stock are shipped, are specified on the SITE. These time periods do not include weekends and public holidays.
A notification email will be automatically sent when items are shipped, provided the email address provided during registration is correct.
Delivery times and costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of possible shipping times and available options for the items purchased. Delivery times vary from 5 to 10 working days. We pay particular attention to the preparation of each order to satisfy our loyal customers. Delivery is free for any order of an amount equal to or greater than €40 in metropolitan France.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The delivery of the package to the CUSTOMER is made against signature and presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a calling card is left for the CUSTOMER, allowing him to collect his package from his post office.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
When choosing the carrier, the CUSTOMER is informed of the expected delivery date at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order. The tracking number can be consulted on the La Poste website.
It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days, except in cases of force majeure. If this period is exceeded, the order will be fully refunded.
Halolight is responsible until delivery of the product to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER has a period of three (3) days to inform the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted upon delivery.
